Job Overview: Business Development ExecutiveThis role involves developing and executing a comprehensive strategy to drive B2B enterprise sales. The goal is to generate qualified leads through various channels, establish strong relationships with potential clients, and provide exceptional customer experiences.
- Develop and execute a business development strategy for B2B enterprise sales, focusing on high-volume prospecting and lead generation.
- Conduct cold calling, email outreach, and social selling to identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain and update sales documentation while building strong relationships with potential clients and key stakeholders.
- Cross-functional collaboration with marketing, partnership, and product management teams to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow-up to ensure client satisfaction.
- The ideal candidate must be willing to work during US shift times.
- A minimum of 2 years of professional sales experience is required.
- Strong leadership and management skills are essential. Prior experience in a leadership role is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software is necessary.
- Exceptional people, negotiation, and communication skills are required.
- A proven track record of generating new business leads via email, phone, or social media in B2B sales or business development is expected.
- Experience prospecting and cold calling into a large list of accounts is crucial.
- An entrepreneurial mindset to conquer the market is a must.
We offer an estimated annual salary of $85,000 - $120,000 based on your qualifications and experience.
