Job Description
We offer competitive compensation and benefits, including a salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. In this role, you will be responsible for driving new business growth by recruiting third-party sellers that deliver competitive pricing and broad product selection to Amazon's suite of seller services. Your success will be measured by the product selection and revenue your clients bring to the platform.

Your Responsibilities
* Develop and execute strategic plans to recruit and onboard key retailers and third-party sellers * Establish strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including cross-functional teams and senior executives * Collaborate with internal customers to improve products and business processes * Negotiate deals with interested sellers and help in onboarding * Monitor performance and sales of key partners to manage their performance

Requirements
* 1+ years of sales experience in a dynamic environment * Bachelor's degree * Proven ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment and changing market conditions * Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills
