Aimhire is India's fastest growing internet commerce company, and we're looking for a highly skilled Enterprise AI Sales Strategist to join our team.

Estimated salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year.

Job Description

We're seeking an experienced sales professional who can identify and engage with prospective clients to promote our cutting-edge AI/ML-driven SaaS products. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of AI technologies and be able to provide tailored product demonstrations and solutions to meet client needs.

The successful candidate will develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets, manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to contract negotiation and closing deals. They will also collaborate with technical teams to address client concerns and ensure seamless integration of solutions.

This role requires excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, as well as experience working with enterprise and SMB clients. Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot is also essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and engage prospective clients to promote AI/ML-driven SaaS products
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to contract negotiation and closing deals
  • Collaborate with technical teams to address client concerns and ensure seamless integration of solutions
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in selling SaaS products, especially AI/ML solutions
  • Strong understanding of AI technologies such as voice bots, sales bots, and automation tools
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Experience working with enterprise and SMB clients
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
