Drive Metrum AI's expansion in the North American market by identifying and nurturing high-value opportunities. As the primary point of contact for potential enterprise clients, you'll play a pivotal role in expanding our business reach and setting the stage for successful partnerships.

Your Impact:

  • Uncover and qualify new enterprise-level opportunities, contributing directly to revenue growth
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of our product suite and competitive landscape to effectively communicate our value proposition
  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives to strategize and generate value for both existing and potential customers
  • Partner with Marketing to optimize outbound campaigns and increase lead volume
  • Consistently exceed quota targets for qualified opportunities and scheduled meetings

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute high-velocity, multi-channel outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn) with strategic and personalized messaging
  • Conduct thorough research on target companies to identify opportunities and tailor your approach
  • Utilize proven prospecting techniques to engage decision-makers at enterprise organizations
  • Qualify leads based on budget, authority, need, and timeline (BANT) criteria
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM system
  • Track and report on key performance metrics and progress towards goals

Your Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent experience
  • 1-3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in a technology or SaaS environment
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales engagement tools
  • Self-motivated with excellent time management and prioritization skills
  • Adaptable and resilient, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
