Role Overview:
As an Enterprise Sales Specialist at Fyno, you will play a pivotal role in driving our growth by acquiring and managing enterprise customers. Your key responsibilities will include understanding client needs, presenting Fyno's value proposition, and closing high-value deals. This position demands a strategic thinker with exceptional relationship-building skills, a deep understanding of the enterprise sales process, and the ability to navigate complex organizations.
Responsibilities
- Business Development: Identify and target high-value enterprise prospects in financial services, banking, and other key verticals.
- Sales Execution: Understand customer challenges and position Fyno as the solution to meet their needs. Lead end-to-end sales processes, including discovery, solution presentation, negotiation, and contract closure.
- Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with decision-makers, including C-level executives, engineering leaders, and product teams. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring satisfaction and driving upsell opportunities.
- Technical Depth: Possess the technical ability to explain cloud computing, infrastructure solutions, and high-level internet architectures.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to ensure seamless onboarding and long-term client success.
What We Offer
