We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Risk Management Leader to join our team. As a key member of our Risk Advisory practice, you will be responsible for leading multiple projects at any time on process consulting/internal audit/risk consulting/other solutions of GRCS.

Your primary responsibilities will include project execution, reporting to a director/partner on every project, ensuring project profitability, quality, and adherence to the agreed project plan. You will also assist the Partner/Director in managing risks associated with the projects and serve as the primary ongoing project-level contact for clients.

The job requires travel to client locations within India and abroad. You will also play a crucial role in people management, actively involved in training, coaching, and mentoring junior staff. Additionally, you will perform business development, lead generation, and sales-oriented reporting during projects.

As a thought leader, you will contribute to solution development, possess good business acumen, and remain current on new developments in advisory services capabilities and industry knowledge. You will participate in practice initiatives and sometimes lead such initiatives, such as knowledge management or thought leadership.

The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in at least one of the key solutions of GRCS, prior experience in client-facing/account management roles, exposure to business development in consulting (pre-sales support, proposals, RFP responses), strong domain knowledge, understanding of business processes, and possible risks in operations of at least two industry sectors.

You should also have experience in process consulting/internal audit/risk consulting at a project manager/project lead level role, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, consistent display of leadership skills, ability to work well in teams, and ability to work under pressure with stringent deadlines and tough client conditions.
