We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Enterprise Sales Manager to join our team at BHIVE Workspace. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our workspace portfolio.

About the Role:

  • Develop and execute strategies to meet revenue targets for workspace sales.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients and channel partners to drive sales of co-working and managed office spaces.
  • Leverage partnerships to generate leads and close high-value workspace deals.
  • Oversee all aspects of deal negotiations, including agreements, addendums, and legal documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

Requirements:

  • 8-10 years of experience in enterprise or workspace sales, with a background in IPC or channel partnerships and civil project management.
  • Proven track record in business development, client renewals, and strategic sales in the workspace sector.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Experience overseeing civil projects, including planning and execution.
  • Ability to manage complex deals and multitask effectively.

Salary Range:

The estimated salary for this role is ₹60,00,000 - ₹80,00,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
