We are seeking a self-driven and experienced Enterprise Sales Manager to manage and grow our workspace sales portfolio. This role requires strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills to drive sales of co-working and managed office spaces.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of experience in enterprise or workspace sales, with a background in International Property Consultancy (IPC) or channel partnerships and civil project management. A proven track record in business development, client renewals, and strategic sales in the workspace sector is essential.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Enterprise Client and Partner Management: Serve as the primary contact for enterprise clients and IPC/channel partners, representing BHIVE Group in workspace sales.
  2. Sales and Business Development: Develop and execute strategies to meet revenue targets for workspace sales.
  3. Renewals and Expansion: Lead efforts to renew existing workspace contracts and expand client accounts.
  4. Civil Project Management: Oversee civil project work related to workspace setup and modifications for clients.

This role involves working closely with internal and external stakeholders, including legal teams, to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
