Job Title: Enterprise Sales Manager - Office Portfolio Growth

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Manager to join our team and drive growth of our office portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development, client renewals, and strategic sales in the workspace sector.

About the Role:

This role will be responsible for managing and growing our existing office portfolio through strategic sales initiatives. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage complex deals and multitask effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Portfolio Management: Manage and grow our existing office portfolio through strategic sales initiatives.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets for office portfolio growth.
  • Client Engagement: Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to drive client retention and expansion.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including customer success and marketing, to drive business outcomes.
  • Civil Project Management: Oversee civil project work related to office setup and modifications for clients.

About You:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
  • At least 8-10 years of experience in enterprise sales, with a background in workspace sales and civil project management.
  • A proven track record in business development, client renewals, and strategic sales in the workspace sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage complex deals and multitask effectively.

Salary Estimate: ₹25,00,000 - ₹35,00,000 per annum, depending on experience.
