Enterprise Sales Manager

BHIVE Workspace is seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Manager to lead our workspace growth initiatives. This role requires a self-driven individual with strong sales and business development skills to manage and grow our workspace sales portfolio.
Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of experience in enterprise sales, lead management, and working with IPC/channel partners. Key responsibilities include managing relationships with IPCs and channel partners, developing and executing strategies to meet revenue targets, identifying and pursuing business opportunities, designing and implementing sales plans and campaigns, leading efforts to renew existing workspace contracts and expand client accounts, overseeing all aspects of deal negotiations, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and company policies, and overseeing civil project work related to workspace setup and modifications for clients.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Revenue Growth: Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for workspace sales. Renewals and Expansion: Maintain high client renewal rates and secure additional space deals. Deal Closure Rate: Achieve a high closure rate and reduce sales cycle times. Project Delivery: Successfully complete civil projects on time and within budget. Legal Compliance: Ensure 100% compliance with legal and contractual obligations.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related fields. Experience: 8-10 years in enterprise or workspace sales, with a background in IPC or channel partnerships and civil project management. Proven track record in business development, client renewals, and strategic sales in the workspace sector. Strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Experience overseeing civil projects, including planning and execution. Ability to manage complex deals and multitask effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Estimated Salary: ₹15,00,000 - ₹20,00,000 per annum.
