Enterprise Sales Director for Co-Working Spaces

Job Overview:
BHIVE Workspace is seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Director to lead our co-working sales initiatives and drive business growth in Bengaluru.
About the Role:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to meet revenue targets for co-working sales
- Lead a team of Business Development Managers to grow our portfolio of co-working spaces
- Serve as the primary contact for enterprise clients, representing BHIVE Workspace in co-working sales
- Leverage partnerships to generate leads and close high-value deals
About the Ideal Candidate:
We are looking for a seasoned professional with 12+ years of experience in enterprise sales, preferably in the co-working space sector. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills, as well as experience in civil project management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership and Management:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Business Development Managers
- Set clear objectives and performance expectations for the team
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback
- Serve as the primary contact for enterprise clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners
- Leverage partnerships to generate leads and close high-value deals
- Develop and execute strategies to meet revenue targets
- Identify and pursue business opportunities in the co-working sector
- Design and implement sales plans and campaigns targeting enterprise clients
- Lead efforts to renew existing contracts and expand client accounts
- Collaborate with clients to explore additional space solutions and services
- Oversee all aspects of deal negotiations
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
- Oversee civil project work related to workspace setup and modifications
- Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet client specifications
