Enterprise Sales Growth Manager

Razorpay is seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Growth Manager to drive new business growth by identifying, engaging, and closing deals with business clients across various industries for RazorpayX.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and target potential business clients through research, networking, and cold outreach (calls, emails, social media).
- Sales Presentations & Product Demos: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, showcasing how our solution can meet their business needs.
- Negotiation & Closing: Lead contract negotiations, handle objections, and close deals to achieve sales targets and company objectives.
Requirements:
- 4-8 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management (preferably in the payment gateway or SaaS industry).
- A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Experience in cold calling, prospecting, and closing deals.
The estimated salary for this position is ₹12,00,000 - ₹18,00,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
