Enterprise Sales Growth Manager

As an Enterprise Sales Growth Manager for North America, you will play a pivotal role in identifying new business opportunities and forging meaningful relationships with key decision-makers. Your contributions will directly impact our bottom line, making this position crucial to our organization's continued expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with mid-market and enterprise prospects to understand their needs and preferences.
- Utilize various channels, including phone calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach, to establish connections with potential customers.
- Implement modern qualification techniques to identify sales-qualified leads (SQLs) that meet our annual contract value targets.
- Schedule and conduct discovery meetings with key decision-makers to discuss our solutions and address their concerns.
- Collaborate closely with account executives to gain insights into the sales process and enhance your understanding of the ideal customer profiles (ICPs).
- Maintain accurate forecasts and diligently update our CRM with detailed records of all sales-related activities.
Requirements:
- Over 1-2 years of experience in prospecting or selling SaaS solutions within the mid-market/enterprise segment.
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in management or a related field.
- A strong understanding of SaaS technologies and sales methodologies.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to efficiently collect and deliver information.
- Demonstrated curiosity and a willingness to learn about prospective customers.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
