Estimated Salary: ₹80,00,000 - ₹1,20,00,000 per annum

Job Description: As an Enterprise Training Sales Manager at TimesPro, you will be responsible for driving enterprise training sales in IT/ITES organizations, targeting procurement teams, L&D professionals, and business heads. You will possess strong knowledge of training execution, including trainer selection, lab setup, and delivery modes. Additionally, you will build and maintain a resource database to ensure seamless program execution and develop and nurture relationships with key stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

Required Skills and Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. You should possess a smart, professional demeanor with a strong focus on industry-specific training needs and have a robust network within the IT/ITES sectors, particularly among procurement and L&D teams.
