Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire corporate clients and meet sales targets.
  • Manage workload effectively to prioritize daily and weekly goals, ensuring timely delivery of results.
  • Maintain awareness of the industry landscape and products to provide customized solutions to clients.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients to increase customer loyalty and retention.
  • Work closely with the Operations department to ensure seamless coordination of orders and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or MBA in Sales and Marketing.
  • A minimum of 3 years of prior corporate sales experience, preferably in the EdTech industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and deep relationships with clients.

Compensation: The estimated salary for this position is ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,500,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. This figure is based on industry standards for similar roles in the region.
