Enterprise Sales Manager for Workspace Growth

BHIVE Workspace is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager - Enterprise Sales to lead the growth of our workspace sales portfolio. This role requires a self-driven individual with strong enterprise sales experience, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to achieve sales targets and ensure client satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities:- Enterprise Client Management: Serve as the primary contact for enterprise clients, representing BHIVE Workspace in workspace sales.
- Partner Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with IPC/channel partners to drive sales of co-working and managed office spaces.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategies to meet revenue targets for workspace sales.
- Deal Closure: Identify and pursue business opportunities in the enterprise workspace sector through IPCs and channel partnerships.
The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of experience in enterprise or workspace sales, with a background in IPC or channel partnerships and civil project management. A proven track record in business development, client renewals, and strategic sales in the workspace sector is required. Strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills are essential for this role.
Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience. Benefits include a comprehensive compensation package, financial security, and professional development opportunities.
