We are seeking a seasoned Retail Sales Manager to spearhead workspace sales efforts and drive business growth.

About the Role:

  • Manage a team of Business Development Managers to achieve revenue targets.
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive workspace sales, including inside sales and small-ticket offerings.
  • Collaborate with channel partners to generate new business opportunities.
  • Design and implement campaigns tailored to retail clients to maximize workspace occupancy.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
  • 8-12 years of experience in retail or inside sales, with exposure to small-ticket seat sales and day pass sales.
  • Experience working with channel partners is required.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot or other CRM tools is a plus.
