Enterprise Loyalty Solutions Manager

We are a FinTech company based in Bangalore, certified in Information and Data Security with a mission to provide innovative Consumer Tech for Financial Infrastructure. Our platform enables Corporates, Banks, FinTechs, Retail Companies, and Start-ups to launch their own banking services or financial products.
In this role, you will be responsible for defining the strategy, scaling the business, and managing enterprise rewards and loyalty sales efforts. You will lead a team focused on selling and delivering tailored loyalty solutions to large enterprises across industries, helping them improve customer retention, increase engagement, and boost revenue.
Key Responsibilities:- Developing and leading the company's enterprise rewards and loyalty strategy, driving business growth by offering innovative, customizable solutions to meet client needs.
- Cultivating and managing long-term relationships with enterprise clients, ensuring their loyalty and rewards programs are successful and aligned with their customer engagement goals.
- Driving revenue growth by developing and executing a sales plan targeting key industries such as retail, e-commerce, hospitality, and financial services for enterprise loyalty solutions.
**Requirements:**
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- 4-6 years of experience in enterprise sales, loyalty, or rewards program management, with a strong focus on delivering enterprise-level solutions.
- Proven track record of building and scaling loyalty or rewards solutions for large enterprises across industries such as retail, hospitality, and e-commerce.
- Deep understanding of customer engagement and loyalty strategies, with the ability to translate business objectives into tailored rewards solutions.
**Estimated Salary:** ₹25,00,000 - ₹40,00,000 per annum, depending on your experience and qualifications.
