Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Manager - Loyalty & Rewards who will be responsible for defining the strategy, scaling the business, and managing enterprise rewards and loyalty sales efforts. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in loyalty programs, sales strategy, and enterprise relationship management.
Required Skills and Qualifications: To excel in this role, you should possess 4-6 years of experience in enterprise sales, loyalty, or rewards program management. A proven track record of building and scaling loyalty or rewards solutions for large enterprises across industries such as retail, hospitality, and e-commerce is essential. You should also have a deep understanding of customer engagement and loyalty strategies, with the ability to translate business objectives into tailored rewards solutions.
Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year
