About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to lead our loyalty and rewards sales efforts. This role demands deep expertise in loyalty programs, sales strategy, and enterprise relationship management.

Main Responsibilities
  • Developing and leading the company's enterprise rewards and loyalty strategy
  • Cultivating and managing long-term relationships with enterprise clients
  • Driving revenue growth by developing and executing a sales plan targeting key industries
  • Identifying strategic partners and developing partnerships that enhance our loyalty solutions offering
Requirements
  • 4-6 years of experience in enterprise sales, loyalty, or rewards program management
  • Proven track record of building and scaling loyalty or rewards solutions for large enterprises
  • Deep understanding of customer engagement and loyalty strategies
  • Experience in managing partnerships and identifying business development opportunities
  • Leadership experience with the ability to manage and inspire cross-functional teams
Estimated Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 per year
