Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Manager - Loyalty & Rewards to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for defining strategy, scaling business, and managing enterprise rewards and loyalty sales efforts.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and leading the company's enterprise rewards and loyalty strategy, driving business growth by offering innovative, customizable solutions to meet client needs.
  • Cultivating and managing long-term relationships with enterprise clients, ensuring their loyalty and rewards programs are successful and aligned with their customer engagement goals.
  • Driving revenue growth by developing and executing a sales plan targeting key industries such as retail, e-commerce, hospitality, and financial services for enterprise loyalty solutions.

About You:

  • 4-6 years of experience in enterprise sales, loyalty, or rewards program management, with a strong focus on delivering enterprise-level solutions.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling loyalty or rewards solutions for large enterprises across industries such as retail, hospitality, and e-commerce.
  • Deep understanding of customer engagement and loyalty strategies, with the ability to translate business objectives into tailored rewards solutions.

Estimated Salary: ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,800,000 per annum
