Role OverviewAs a Relationship Manager, you will be at the forefront of architect engagement, helping our client brand shape meaningful relationships with the Architect community and ensuring the growth & success of the program.
This role provides for tremendous growth opportunities for young & driven individuals who are ready to make an impact and advance their careers in a fast-growing company.
Key Responsibilities- Build strong relationships with architects by understanding their needs, industry challenges, and business goals.
- Develop and execute strategies to enhance architect participation and loyalty in the program.
- Be the primary point of contact for architects, ensuring program satisfaction and a seamless experience.
- Analyze program performance, offering insights and recommendations to the Program Manager to improve engagement and outcomes.
- Work closely with internal teams to create relevant, value-driven content and offers for program participants.
- Drive engagement through participation in networking & non-networking events, seminars, and webinars, while gathering valuable feedback from architects.
- Ensure timely delivery and fulfilment of program rewards and other services.
You will have the opportunity to work closely with various departments, including sales, marketing, and customer service, to ensure seamless execution of the program.
Qualifications & Skills- Experience in the architecture industry or related fields such as interior design, construction, or building materials.
- Strong understanding of loyalty programs, customer engagement, or sales incentive strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess data and drive performance improvements.
- Bachelor's degree in architecture, business, marketing, or related fields is preferred.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and project management tools is a plus.
- A competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
