Strategic Relationship Manager

IDFC First Bank is seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Strategic Relationship Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Drive customer acquisition and retention strategies for current and savings accounts
- Ensure high-quality customer onboarding and activation on digital platforms
- Collaborate with senior sales managers to map catchment areas and scope branch operations
- Provide regular feedback to senior sales managers and area sales managers on customer requirements and potential opportunities
- Maintain adherence to sales compliance and SOPs defined by the organization
Salary: ₹12,00,000 - ₹18,00,000 per annum
