At Ridaex Systems - India, we are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Growth Manager to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to drive business growth and expand our customer base.

We estimate the salary for this role to be around ₹8,00,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing strategic business plans that align with our company goals. You will work closely with our sales team to maximize their potential, craft sales plans, and present them to our upper management.

Main Responsibilities
  • Design and implement a comprehensive business strategy that expands our customer base and strengthens our market presence.
  • Bulk and promote long-lasting relationships with customers by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
  • Present sales, revenue, and expenses reports, along with realistic forecasts, to our management team.
  • IDentify emerging markets and market shifts while staying up-to-date with new products and competition status.
