Your Role


As the Associate Director - Growth and Strategy, you will oversee the management of multiple strategic projects for the Growth team. Your key responsibilities will include:



  • Full project management, including creation and maintenance of implementation documentation, and tracking timelines and deliverables.
  • Leading at the strategic level and managing day-to-day operations by diving deeply into business and technical domains.
  • Implementing robust tracking mechanisms and KPIs to monitor the program's performance.
  • Analyzing data and deriving insights for reaching business outcomes.
  • Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful program execution.
  • Preparing and delivering regular presentations to senior management and other stakeholders.

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional with:



  • 4-6 years of proven experience in managing complex business processes/programs at scale.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills to convey program status, insights, and recommendations effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail for identifying root causes and proposing data-driven solutions.
  • A strong bias for action, with the ability to work under pressure and deliver tangible business impact in time-critical situations.
  • The ability to work with and influence peers and leaders in a fast-paced, team environment.
