About the Role
We're seeking a highly skilled Strategic Initiatives Program Manager to join our team. As a key member of our global planning and governance function, you'll play a critical role in enabling our senior leadership team to make informed decisions and drive business results.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the implementation of a governance model and cross-functional strategic planning programs to enable alignment and executive decision making.
- Managing and implementing long-range planning framework and processes to connect long-term strategy to annual operating plan.
- Enabling and optimizing the annual operating plan process in partnership with FP&A and technology and Data & Analytics teams.
- Enabling the senior leadership team in the prioritization and governance of initiatives and programs to ensure attainment of our long-term strategy.
- Developing and preparing roll-up view of key planning deliverables (e.g. LRP, OKR, AOP) for senior leadership team to make informed decisions.
- Optimizing and enabling a common dependency management, intake and quarterly planning process in partnership with other functional portfolio leaders and technology stakeholders.
- Supporting the creation of job families and other deliverables to stand up and enable Portfolio Governance and Planning function.
- Developing and iterating innovative program management methodologies and frameworks.
- Partnering with other functional portfolio leaders, teams and technology stakeholders to co-create a standard and consistent governance model.
What We're Looking For
We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional with a strong background in strategic planning, long-range planning, program management, or management consulting. You'll have a minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of driving business results and enabling senior leadership teams to make informed decisions.
You'll be a strong communicator with excellent verbal and written skills, able to translate complex ideas and concepts into simple narrative and recommendations for senior executive leaders. You'll also be a team player with strong interpersonal, facilitation, and cross-functional relationship-building skills.
