About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager to join our Strategic Initiatives team. As a key member of our team, you'll play a critical role in driving strategic planning, long-range planning, and program management initiatives that align with our company's goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development and implementation of strategic plans and long-range plans to drive business growth and improvement.
  • Manage and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver program management initiatives and ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize business needs and develop solutions to address them.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, functional teams, and external partners.
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to business leaders and teams to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.

Requirements

  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in strategic planning, long-range planning, program management, or management consulting.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful program management initiatives and driving business growth.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and facilitation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as a team player, with a strong focus on results-driven delivery.
