**Job Title:** Strategic Outreach Manager

Talent Corner HR Services Pvt Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual for the role of Strategic Outreach Manager. This is an excellent opportunity to join our team and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.

**Salary:** The estimated salary for this position is ₹12,00,000 per annum, depending on experience.

About the Role:

We are looking for a results-driven Strategic Outreach Manager who will be responsible for developing and implementing outreach strategies to attract potential students from across India. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Indian education market and the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement outreach strategies to attract potential students from across India.
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders, including educational institutions, vendors, and service providers.
  • Recruit, manage, and train a team of outreach professionals.
  • Manage and optimize the outreach budget to achieve maximum ROI.
  • Collaborate with the Communications and Design team to promote the Institution to prospective students.
  • Work closely with the Academics & Research team and the different Schools to ensure that application standards align with the Institution's academic goals.
  • Represent at admissions events and conferences to promote the Institution.
  • Establish relationships with external vendors and service providers.
  • Stay up-to-date with academic and industry trends and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Marketing, Education, Business Administration).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in outreach, marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of the Indian education market.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
