We are Sisco Jobs, a leading technology company based in Bangalore. We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team.

As a Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in identifying new business opportunities and driving growth and revenue for the company.

Your primary responsibility will be to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders. You will also be responsible for creating and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve company goals.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have 5 years of experience in business development or sales within the technology industry. A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets is essential, as well as strong communication and negotiation skills.

You will be working independently and as part of a team, so excellent collaboration abilities are necessary. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software is also required.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Excellent networking and relationship-building abilities are a must.

We offer a competitive salary of ₹2,500,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package.
