As a Strategic Business Growth Manager, you will be responsible for driving new business opportunities, sales, and fostering strong relationships with clients. Your primary objective will be to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, while maintaining and expanding existing client relationships.
Duties and Responsibilities- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and industry trends, enabling us to stay ahead of the competition.
- Business Development Strategies: Develop and implement effective strategies for generating new business opportunities, ensuring alignment with our company goals and objectives.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and prospective clients, providing them with tailored solutions to meet their unique needs.
- Sales and Revenue Growth: Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall growth and profitability of the company.
- Collaboration and Teamwork: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project delivery and exceptional client satisfaction.
- A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in business development or a related field.
- Proven track record of achieving targets and driving business growth.
- Strong understanding of web services and technology solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to identify new business opportunities and build strong client relationships.
- Experience in B2B sales and lead generation.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
