Strategic Business Growth Manager

At Boston Technology Corporation, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strategic Business Growth Manager to lead our business development initiatives in the US staffing industry.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of generating new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills, who can think critically and execute plans effectively.
About the Role:
- We are offering a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
- This is a full-time position based in Bangalore, South India, with a US shift timing (6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST).
- The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new partnership opportunities, developing new relationships, and maintaining existing business.
- We require a minimum of 5 years' experience in sales and business development in the US staffing/consulting industry.
- Candidates should have extensive experience in cold calling, negotiating, and closing deals, as well as account management on a daily basis.
- A strong understanding of IT stacks/roles is essential, and a desire to succeed, proven record of meeting and exceeding goals, and a self-starting attitude are also required.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is necessary, and 3-4 years' prior industry-related business development experience is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, along with proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies, are also required.
