Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Strategic Business Growth Manager to join our team in driving business expansion and strategic growth initiatives.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Facilitate Collaboration: Serve as the central point of contact for internal stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and collaboration among various departments such as Production, R&D & Legal.
  2. Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers/partners through in-person meetings, conferences, and virtual interactions.
  3. Data Analysis: Analyze IMS data to provide insights into market trends, sales performance, and competitive landscape.
  4. Business Development: Utilize data to support strategic decision-making and identify growth opportunities.
  5. Project Management: Support in the development and evaluation of business cases for new projects and initiatives.
  6. Reporting: Maintain and update MIS for tracking project progress, milestones, and deliverables, generating regular reports on project status, highlighting key achievements and areas of concern.

Requirements:

  • Education: MBA with 2-3 years of relevant experience.
  • Skills: Proficiency in MIS tools and project management software.
  • Travel: Regularly travel domestically and internationally to meet with clients, attend industry conferences.

Compensation: This position comes with an estimated annual salary of $120,000 - $150,000, depending on location and experience. Please note that this estimate may vary based on individual qualifications and the specific requirements of the role.
