**Job Title:** Strategic Business Growth Manager

**About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Analyst to join our Founders Office as a Strategic Business Growth Manager. This role will enable you to work directly with our Founders and contribute to growing the business, launching key initiatives, developing strategic partnerships, and ensuring the smooth functioning of the organization.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to drive exponential growth, fast learning, and lead by example in a thriving startup environment with a bird's eye view of the business landscape.

The ideal candidate will have an MBA from top colleges with 3-5 years' experience in Consulting or Investment Banking. Understanding of Financial Modeling is a plus.

**Responsibilities:

- Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities in the market and across industries.

- Develop data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions.

- Build and maintain data dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators across departments.

- Work in tandem with Department Heads to Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and optimize operations.

- Monitor and analyze key metrics to measure operational performance.

- Fundraising: Identify potential investors, pitch the company's vision and growth potential, and negotiate deal terms.

- Investor and Stakeholder Relations: Regularly update the board on the company's progress, address concerns or issues, and build relationships with key stakeholders.

- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute the company's strategic plan, setting goals, defining key performance indicators, conducting market research, and identifying new growth opportunities.

**Salary:** $120,000 - $150,000 per year
