Job ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development Strategy

Develop and implement business development strategies that align with our long-term objectives. Conduct market research to identify trends, the competitive landscape, and new service opportunities within the recruitment industry.

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

Identify, pursue, and acquire new clients to expand our portfolio. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

Sales & Revenue Growth

Set and achieve sales targets contributing to our overall revenue goals. Develop pricing strategies and contract structures that are competitive and align with client expectations.

Team Collaboration & Leadership

Collaborate with recruitment, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery to clients. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members fostering a culture of growth and collaboration.

Market Intelligence & Reporting

Generate reports on business development activities, client feedback, and market insights. Provide data-driven recommendations to support decision-making.

RequirementsEducation

An MBA or other relevant Master's Degree is preferred.

Experience

At least 5 years of experience in business development or strategy preferably within B2B services industry.

  • Strong understanding of client acquisition and relationship management.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team handling multiple projects simultaneously.
What We OfferSalary

The estimated salary for this role is ₹20,00,000 - ₹30,00,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
