Job Summary

The Business Development Manager will play a crucial role in developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy to identify and target potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to identify and target potential clients in the related industries.
  • Generate leads through various channels, including networking, industry events, referrals, and cold outreach.
  • Conduct compelling client pitches and presentations, showcasing sustainable greenery solutions.
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition, features, and benefits of our products, and address client-specific needs and concerns.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers, architects, designers, and industry influencers.
  • Understand clients' requirements and pain points, and provide tailored solutions that meet their specific needs.
  • Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and contract closure to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Closely monitor and maintain accurate and up-to-date sales reports, including activity tracking, sales performance analysis, and revenue forecasts.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience in the landscape industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Sales Acumen, Networking, Analytical Skills, Strategic Thinking, CRM Proficiency, Results-Oriented.

Salary: ₹8,40,000 per annum.

Location: Bengaluru, India.
