**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Business Growth Leader to join our team. This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead and manage sales growth initiatives, driving revenue expansion and market share growth in the Indian market.

**Estimated Salary:** ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,800,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive market-driven sales strategies to achieve significant revenue and market share growth;
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key influencers, clients, and EPCs throughout the Indian market;
  • Lead and manage complex negotiations for large-scale international contracts;
  • Define and achieve ambitious sales targets through meticulous planning and strategic execution;
  • Leverage market intelligence and data analytics to inform strategic sales decisions.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:

* Proven track record of success in leading and motivating high-performing sales teams within a B2B technical environment;

* Strong strategic thinking and planning skills to develop and execute comprehensive market-driven sales strategies;

* Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills to cultivate strong partnerships with key decision-makers;

* Solid understanding of FACTS applications and their role in the power transmission industry (a plus);

* Demonstrated success in leading and finalizing complex negotiations for large-scale international contracts;

* Ability to leverage market intelligence and data analytics to inform strategic sales decisions.
