Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Strategic Sales Growth Leader to drive our sales process from plan to close. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our Design teams, Marketing department, and Execution team to deliver high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new opportunities and expand existing relationships with channel partners, architects, and interior designing firms.
- Generate leads for upcoming commercial fit-outs and individually drive them to closures.
- Maintain strong interpersonal skills and self-motivation to effectively communicate with clients and stakeholders.
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close with a track record of success in real estate sales within the interior industry.
- Exceptional leadership skills and ability to motivate a team.
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to bring structure and innovation to the organization.
- Ability to develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including channel partners, architects, and interior designing firms.
- An estimated annual salary of $120,000-$180,000 based on experience and qualifications.
