Job Description

At Svinzy Digital Solutions, we are looking for a highly skilled Strategic Sales Leader to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Represent Svinzy Digital Solutions with a comprehensive understanding of our offerings to achieve company objectives.
  2. Achieve sales targets by effectively planning, setting sales goals, analyzing performance data, and projecting future performance.
  3. Develop personal leadership, hiring, and training skills to ensure the sales team is using effective sales tactics to meet revenue objectives.
  4. Design and implement a strategic business plan to expand the company's customer base and ensure a strong presence.
  5. Set individual sales targets with the sales team and track sales goals, reporting results as necessary.
  6. Oversee the activities and performance of the sales team, ensuring they are equipped to meet their targets.
  7. Develop the sales team through motivation, counseling, and product knowledge education.
  8. Research consumer needs and identify how our solutions meet them, staying aware of new products and competition status.
