**Job Summary**


The Sales Director (South) will drive revenue growth and lead the strategic sales and business development initiatives for Unitile's Raised Floor business in the South region. This role requires a strong understanding of the construction and interior solutions market, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.


**Key Responsibilities**



  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with overall company objectives.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners.
  • Provide visionary leadership to the sales and business development teams.
  • Drive the sales team to achieve revenue targets through effective planning and execution.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Conduct market research to stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities.

**Requirements**



  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the building materials, construction, or raised flooring industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets, particularly within the South India region.
  • Strong network within the architecture, design, and construction community in South India.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to lead, inspire, and manage a team towards achieving strategic goals.
