Pikme is seeking a skilled Strategic B2B Sales Leader to drive sales growth within the travel industry.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with corporate clients, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering tailored travel solutions to meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Business Development:

  • Navigate and pursue new B2B sales opportunities within the travel industry, leveraging market research and industry trends to inform strategic sales plans.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align sales efforts with overall business objectives and achieve company targets.
  • Promote and sell travel products and services, including Domestic & International Holiday Packages and other related services.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with corporate clients through exceptional customer service and support.
  • Conduct regular meetings and presentations to promote travel solutions and ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Negotiation and Contract Management:

  • Negotiate contract terms and pricing with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Prepare and present proposals and quotations that meet client requirements and company profitability goals.

Ideal Profile:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B Sales or Account Executive roles, preferably within the Hospitality and Transport & Logistics industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • A strong networker and relationship builder with a proven track record of success.
  • Highly goal-driven and comfortable working in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work with numerical data.
  • Willingness to undertake more than 60% travel.
