B2B OpportunityB2B represents an incredible opportunity to address a vast new market segment and customer base and is an area of high interest for our organization. We are focused on building solutions that enable B2B customers to find, research, and buy products and services from a vast selection, across multiple devices, marketplaces, and regions.
Our customers include individual professionals, small businesses to large institutions (and everything in between). Our B2B customers have different needs than the traditional Amazon customer so we are reinventing everything from how we display our selection, price our products, and provide the right customer experience.
Key ResponsibilitiesIf you're excited by the challenge and sense of ownership that comes from leading programs and projects at Amazon scale, then you're at the right place. As a Strategic Marketing Leader for B2B Growth, your key responsibilities will include:
- Building and executing retention loyalty programs to track performance and manage output efficiently.
- Managing large-scale site-wide sale events to drive business outcomes.
- Forecasting and reporting business growth and other key metrics, including tracking actual progress toward forecasts.
- Presenting and leading conversations about business issues, solutions, and strategy to senior leaders.
- Researching and conducting market analysis for Amazon customers.
- Developing targeted messages based on key value propositions and use cases.
- Working with product managers to define necessary product/service improvements and new areas for innovation.
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- 5+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience.
- Experience in marketing across B2B, e-commerce, retail, or tech sectors.
We are open to hiring candidates to work out of Bengaluru, KA, IND. The estimated salary for this role is ₹ 1,500,000 - ₹ 3,000,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
