Job Title: Sales Leader for Ad Monetization

We are seeking a seasoned Enterprise Sales Professional to join our Ad Monetization team at Practo. As a Sales Leader, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by identifying and partnering with top brands and companies across India who can advertise their products and services to our user base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and establish relationships with potential B2B clients interested in advertising on our platform.
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of advertising campaigns and client satisfaction.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Proven track record in enterprise sales with a minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B sales.
  • Experience working with media industry or advertising agencies is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a competitive market.
