About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead our Ad Revenue Optimization efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the vision, strategy, and execution of our Ads Plus platform, focusing on AI/ML-based yield optimization solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Strategy: Develop and execute the product roadmap for Ad Revenue Optimization, aligning with overall company goals and objectives.
- Market Understanding: Stay up-to-date with market trends, user needs, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for product innovation in ad monetization.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with senior leadership, engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure seamless product development and launch.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze product performance using data analytics and KPIs such as ad fill rate, CPM, revenue per requested second, and customer satisfaction.
- Customer Success: Ensure that our ad solutions meet the needs of both supply and demand partners, delivering maximum revenue and improved customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of product management experience, with a focus on ad technology, media, or SaaS platforms.
- 2-3+ years in programmatic advertising with a focus on supply side yield optimization.
- In-depth understanding of digital advertising ecosystems, including programmatic ad exchanges, ad networks, and SSP/DSP technologies.
Salary Estimate: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
