Strategic Account Growth Manager

In this pivotal role at ADCI - BLR 14 SEZ - F07, you will have the opportunity to drive strategic account growth and development as a Manager, Account Management, VCP. As part of our Retail Business Services (RBS) team, you will be instrumental in shaping and delivering on the strategy for managing Amazon vendors.
Job DescriptionYou will lead a team of Vendor Specialist Managers responsible for managing business growth for influential Selling Partners (vendors) on Amazon. Your primary focus will be on managing strategic joint business plans, collaborating with Selling Partners to identify and execute new operational improvement opportunities, and ensuring high levels of service and operational standards.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a team of Managers, prioritizing strategic initiatives, and providing escalation support as needed.
- Identify, action, and/or provide advice on how to improve business input metrics that drive growth and enhance the end-customer experience.
- Develop and manage end-to-end goal setting for your team to align with organizational goals.
- Build relationships with stakeholders across the portfolio, proactively building joint business plan action items, and acting as a point of escalation for outstanding issues, questions, and concerns.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree.
- Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers.
- Experience influencing internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience using analytical, account management, and productivity tools.
- 6+ years of digital advertising and client-facing roles with a focus on data analysis experience.
We estimate the salary for this role to be around $140,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
