Job Overview

Graphy Inc. is a leading organization in the content creation and education sector, seeking an experienced Strategic Enterprise Growth Manager to join its team.

Salary Range

The estimated annual salary for this role is ₹1,200,000 - ₹2,400,000 depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to acquire and manage B2B enterprise clients in the Content Creator and Information/Education Providers category.
  • Utilize proven outbound sales skills to confidently engage and convert leads through various channels, including phone, email, and social media platforms like YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
  • Generate qualified leads through effective social media outreach and identify opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Build and manage strong client relationships, ensuring their satisfaction and exceeding expectations by implementing account management best practices.
  • Foster long-term client relationships and drive repeat business by collaborating with internal teams, such as Marketing, Sales Ops, and Content.
Requirements:
  • Possess a strong understanding of performance marketing principles to support lead generation and campaign optimization.
  • Demonstrate adaptability to a fast-paced startup environment and possess a proactive approach to career development.
  • Showcase excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Experience working with content creators is highly valued.
