About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Enterprise Growth Manager to join our team at Horizontal Talent. In this key position, you will be responsible for driving business growth and market share expansion across assigned accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve revenue growth and market share goals for assigned accounts through strategic account management and relationship-building.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with Enterprise IT customers, identifying new opportunities and developing business solutions that meet their needs.
  • Collaborate with the recruiting team to provide business solutions and help clients achieve their short-term and long-term business objectives.
  • Negotiate contracts and bill rates with client managers to ensure consistent gross margin objectives.
Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree in computer science or a closely related field.
  • At least five years of experience in account management positions, preferably in an IT-related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and rapport-building skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and stakeholders.

The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
