We are seeking a highly motivated Enterprise Growth Specialist to join our dynamic team at Graphy Inc.
About the RoleThis role will play a pivotal part in acquiring new enterprise clients and driving significant revenue growth through strategic sales plans and proven outbound sales skills.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute tailored sales strategies to acquire and manage B2B enterprise clients in the Content Creator and Information/Education Providers category.
- Utilize effective communication skills to confidently engage and convert leads through various channels, including phone, email, and social media platforms.
- Generate qualified leads through targeted social media outreach across platforms like YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Bond with clients to ensure their satisfaction and exceed expectations by implementing account management best practices.
- Foster long-term client relationships and drive repeat business through collaborative efforts with internal teams.
- Possess a basic understanding of performance marketing principles to support lead generation and campaign optimization.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales Ops, Content) to achieve shared goals.
- A strong desire for career development and a proactive attitude towards new challenges and initiatives.
- The ability to work independently while seamlessly collaborating within a supportive team environment.
- A basic understanding of performance marketing principles.
- Experience working with content creators is a valuable asset.
We offer a competitive estimated salary of $80,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development in a fast-paced startup environment.
