Strategic Key Account Manager

We are seeking an accomplished Strategic Key Account Manager to drive revenue growth and foster enduring relationships with our key clients in the Edtech/IT sales domain. With a minimum of 3+ years of experience in Key Accounts Management, this role demands a deep understanding of client needs and requirements, coupled with exceptional negotiation and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and sustain strong relationships with key clients, driving income growth for the company
- Act as the primary point of contact between key clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration
- Supervise account teams assigned to each key client, providing guidance and support to achieve goals and forecasts
- Compile reports on account progress, goals, and forecasts for stakeholders, informing strategic business decisions
- Negotiate contracts with key clients, meeting established deadlines and fulfilling long-term goals
Requirements:
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Key Accounts management
- Degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field
- Proven experience in key account management, with a track record of success
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and CRM software
- Strong negotiation, leadership, and customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with key clients
Estimated Salary: ₹800,000 - ₹1,200,000 per annum (dependent on location and experience)
