ADCI - BLR 14 SEZ is seeking an exceptional Strategic Account Manager to join our team in Bangalore. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in driving business growth and customer satisfaction for our Selling Partners.

About the Role

This exciting opportunity involves leading a team of Account Managers, prioritizing strategic initiatives, and providing escalation support as needed. Your success will be measured by the performance of your internal teams on input metrics and the impact of vendors on creating a great customer experience for buying consumers.

  • You will identify, action, and/or provide advice on how to improve business input metrics that drive growth and improve end customer experience, in collaboration with other Amazon programs and teams.
  • Manage end-to-end goal setting for your team to align with organizational goals.
  • Build relationships with Selling Partners across the portfolio; proactively build joint business plan action items and act as a point of escalation for outstanding issues, questions, and concerns.

You will also act as a thought leader in defining success criteria and understand business needs of Selling Partners in an ever-changing business environment. Contribute to and lead strategic plans and documents for the organization.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 6+ years of Account management, Vendor management and/or Client management experience
  • 3+ years of team management experience
  • Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers
  • Experience influencing internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software

We are open to hiring candidates who can work out of one of our locations in India.

The estimated annual salary for this role is around ₹1,500,000 - ₹2,000,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
