Job Summary

We're seeking a seasoned professional with 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing large account portfolios and driving growth through strategic planning and client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to manage and grow accounts
  • Retail clients and build strong, trusting relationships
  • Provide superior customer service and ensure client satisfaction
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal teams to deliver solutions
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and propose new tools and processes

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience with business development, sales, or account management
  • Experience managing large account portfolios
  • Strong customer service and project management skills
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software

Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum
